90% Sauvignon blanc, 10% Chardonnay, Muskateller and Pinot Blanc.
The maceration here is long, really long. 12 months of skin contact in wooden barrel before bottling.
No added yeast or sulphites, no filtration, fining, nothing. It's as natural as it gets.
Complexity and texture. Apple pie, quince, white flowers, tea.
Probably this is Strohmeier's top achievement yet.
